The Iyana-Iba/Lasu?Igando area of Lagos State is fast developing into a densely populated environment. About 20 minutes drive from Mile 2 and aboyut 40 minutes drive from Iyana Ipaja through the Egbeda-Igando road, these areas offer abundant budget friendly properties.
The location is purely residential except for pockets of commercial activities like retail shops and up-coming shopping malls. The major areas where commercial activities are at their highest level are the Alaba International Market and The International Trade Fair Complex. These two markets are about 20 minutes drive from The Iyana-Iba location on the northa nd south respaectively.
Infrastructural facilities int these areas are still at a palpable level with well tarred roads and an improved drainage system which is still being further improved by the Lagos State Government.
There is basically no pipe borne water supply in these areas as most of the inhabitants have to sink boreholes and dig wells to get water. Electricity supply is just like in other parts of Lagos State.

I think Alimosho would be a better destination to invest in as far as real estate market is concerned and I don't think even Laguna Beach realtors would disagree with me. Most of them are fed up awaiting stability in the Laguna Real Estate.
