The application form is then submitted, after it has been properly completed, to the Land Use Allocation Committee (LUAC) office of the Lands Bureau with the following supporting documents:
- Land Information Certificate
- Receipt for Land Information Fee
- Receipt for Application form
- N10,000.00 Publication and Inspection Fee
- Capital Contribution (subject to a minimum of N30,000.00)
- Land Purchase Receipt
- Agreement (Duly Stamped)
- Copy of current Tax Clearance Certificate [for Individual Applicants]
- Copy of N100 Development Levy Receipt
- Copy of (a) Company Income Tax Clearance Certificate and (b) Tax Clearance Certificate of 2 Directors of the Company and their N100 Development Levy Receipts. [For Corporate Applicants]
- Site location sketch
- 3 nos passport photographs with white background [Individual Applicants]
- 2 nos survey plans (sun print)
- Copy of approved building plan (if developed)
- Copy of tenement Rate receipt (if occupied)
- Covering Letter addressed to the Executive Secretary of L.U.A.C. stating all documents attached as above, inclusive applicant's address.
